DECALOGUE ON HOW TO ACE A JOB INTERVIEW

As your know a job interview is the principal step to get a job if you don’t have experience with this kind of interview, here you can learn some tips to improve and successful.

 

  • SEARCH INORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY

If you have this information you can answer questions taking into account the company objectives.

 

  • BE PREPARED TO ANSWER TRADITIONAL QUESTIONS

Every job interview has similar questions and others that are repeated in almost all interviews, so be prepared for questions about your life, strong points you have to ace the job and others.

 

  • KNOW YOUR WEAKNESSES  AND YOUR STRENGTHS

Be aware of what you can do what can you offer? Think on the aspects you are good at.

 

  • LISTEN CAREFYLLY  TO THE INTERVIEWER

Make sure you have understood what the interviewer asked you; if it is not clear just ask to be sure. It is important that the interviewer sees you as a person who listens to others.

 

  • TRY TO ANSWER IN A POSITIVE WAY

I mean do not do negative comments about your previous jobs. Say the truth but using a polite way.

 

  • BE CLEAR AND GIVE EXAMPLES

If the interviewer ask you about your experience and your previous employment, talk giving examples to show what are you able to do.

 

  • PREPARE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE COMPANY

It is important to have a good dialogue about the company. So, prepare at least three questions about it, this is a chance to show interest and your desire to enter the business.

 

  • DO NOT TALK TOO MUCH

You just need to answer what the interviewer is asking to you,

if necessary to give details.

 

  • WHEN THE INTERVIEW FINISHES

Say good bye with a firm handshake looking into the eyes

of the interviewer in a friendly way and

ask if there is something else you can provide.

 

  • WEAR THE CORRECT ATTIRE

Do not forget to wear a suit to make a good impression.
